JUSAG News Stories

I am most delighted and privileged to be here today.  First of all, on behalf of the new executives, I thank all the out-going executives (NEB and RAC) for their astute stewardship in steering the affairs of JUSAG this level.  May God bless you all for your contributions in carving a good image for the Association. Again, I thank all the JUSAG membership for entrusting the affairs of the Association in our care. For believing that, we are the voice, that is best at representing their interests at all levels of deliberations. I say thank you once again and may God be on our side.

Today will be earmarked as a memorial day, as we all assembled here to perform a very critical constitutionally mandated duty. A tenure of office has come to an end, and it is imperative on the new Executives to formally take charge of their respective offices to continue the cyclical mandate of building on the strides made by the outgoing executives.

Though it is an end of a tenure, I consider it as the continuation of Jusag affairs. As we receive the mantle today, it is important for the new executives to do everything legally right to improve upon the condition of its members.

As I said in the victory speech in Ho, campaigns and elections are over. It is time for all of us to come on board to move the association to greater heights. The good of JUSAG depends on every little contribution from each and everyone of us.

 Yes, we are the leaders, but we need each and everyone's cooperation to be able to lead and lead well. Every thoughtful suggestions and experiences are all welcome to make JUSAG more resilient and beneficial to all.

Finally,  I employ all JUSAG members to always promote the good image of the association whenever the opportunity present itself. Again as part of our open door policy, we welcome all suggestions, inquiries and issues bothering on staff welfare. Also, as we go about our official duties let us always be guided by our code of ethics so that we can diligently engage in service without fear or favor. Thank you.
